Equipped with more than 40 years of investment industry experience, Don has been a Financial Advisor at Baird since 1992. Prior to Baird, he was in the institutional fixed income business, mostly at Goldman Sachs in Chicago, Philadelphia and New York. Don has been a member of the Baird Chairman's Club (top 5% of Advisors) for over 25 years. He has an MBA from Dartmouth, a BS in finance from Penn State University and was a Lieutenant in the US Army.
Outside the office, Don is very involved in the community. He is president of the Sunset Ridge Country Club Scholarship Corporation and chairman of its selection committee. He is general manager/co-founder of the Wilmette Waves baseball organization, member of The Founder's Club in Sarasota, and a former president of the Woodley Road Association in Winnetka, Illinois. Don has been married to his wife Lorraine since 1978 – together, they have four adult children and 7 grandchildren. Don splits time between Baird's Sarasota and Winnetka offices.
